30 Day Shred how do you log it?

Day one today! Just putting it in the dvd player!!

Just wondering how do you log it on myfitenss pal?

  • I've just done day 1 so also would like to know how to log it
  • I made my own! You can use a HRM to find how many calories you burn each workout or google `calories burned 30 day shred`and you can get a pretty good idea on what you may burn in comparison to somebody else of the same weight and height.

    I used to log it as 'Circuit Training, General'. I now have a HRM and find that the calories burnt are pretty close. Happy Shredding!! :smile:

    Thanks all!! I put in circuit training figured the kcals then added it as my own exercise so i can call it the right thing! :)
