I made my own! You can use a HRM to find how many calories you burn each workout or google `calories burned 30 day shred`and you can get a pretty good idea on what you may burn in comparison to somebody else of the same weight and height.

I used to log it as 'Circuit Training, General'. I now have a HRM and find that the calories burnt are pretty close. Happy Shredding!!0

Thanks all!! I put in circuit training figured the kcals then added it as my own exercise so i can call it the right thing!0
