Did 5 miles today.. had to make up yesterdays' run because I had food poisoning.. Probably should have waited since I havent been able to eat and keep anything down for over a day, but I got it done ...0

Everyone is doing GREAT! Amazing progress everyone!!! As a group we made it
to 72% of the goal!!! We are at WARM (orange) - which denotes that we
are are 60% of more done, (75% would be PINK and we are CLOSE to that - maybe next week!!!).
As a team we have run 2,569 miles!!!!

12/01/24 - 3 miles in the pouring rain. It was actually fun. Its going to be close but I might just make it. I have a 10 miler on Sunday and should run a few before then. Plus I have two days after that.

Hey guys - well although I've been running regularly, I totally fell off the MFP wagon so haven't been here since early December. But having climbed onto the scales this morning (ugh, gasp) I need to take myself in hand and get shot of those extra pounds which have appeared since Christmas!!!
I'm a bit late joining for this one (hahahahahah) but as a total so far in January I've done:
67.97 miles. I reckon by 31st Jan I'll be about 3 or so miles short of 100!

This head/chest cold has totally derailed my running. Ihavent done anything since friday of last week, and not likely to run for the next day or two at minimum

Sooooooooo apparently I don't read well. Hahaha I noticed you said no walking can count. My milage has been based on how far I've gone total during my interval PT requirements. That includes running, walking, running, walking, etc. Is this ok??? If he has me still doing the same formula next month (I go back Feb 3) I can put a higher number in. It will be too difficult for me to keep track of how far is just running.
