It has been a horrible week for me. I have had a stomach bug all week, and have only done 8.5 miles up to today.. and those were the hardest 8.5 miles of my life as I was choking back vomit the entire time. I so shouldn't have even attempted them, but I had to try lol. I'm feeling much better this weekend so luckily just in time for my long run today. Will update my mileage when I get back. It's going to be a windy one!0

I woke up this afternoon (I worked backshift) to wind and rain. I had been planning on doing my two outside but wasn't going to be able in that. By the time I was up and ready, it stopped raining and the sun was out. And my fiance joined me. Fantastic way to start the day. 10 miler tomorrow, I am so finishing this.

10 miles this week, for 41 total. I've been nursing a case of tendonitis this week, so that really limited my workouts. I think I pushed too hard by running Monday after a race on Sunday, probably should have rested :-( It's almost better now, so I think I'll be able to get back to my regular training this week.0

Congrats to everyone who made it this far!!!! and to everyone who is finished already YAY! I will update the spreadsheet later on today for the week and then again Wednesday for the month! January is almost done!!!

Sooooooooo apparently I don't read well. Hahaha I noticed you said no walking can count. My milage has been based on how far I've gone total during my interval PT requirements. That includes running, walking, running, walking, etc. Is this ok??? If he has me still doing the same formula next month (I go back Feb 3) I can put a higher number in. It will be too difficult for me to keep track of how far is just running.
