I've wanted to complete this challenge for years - literally - and I'm hoping this year I can get up the nerve to actually do it. Now I know it shouldn't take alot of "nerve" to do something this simple, but I am the most unathletic person you've ever met, and have used every excuse in the book not to exercise- I'm hoping to change that now!!! Can't wait to read through all of your posts and see what's up.

You will do this if you have decided to! Every day you have to make the conscious choice to log in to MyFitnessPal.com and post what happened even if you're not proud of the numbers. That is my best advice. Being honest about what I eat has changed the game for me. I didn't worry about my diet over Christmas holiday but before that I dropped about 18lbs using this site's tools. Now it's 2012, back to school and work, and back on the plan. Going to try to finish the job by summer! Good luck!0

You can do it!!!! I also am about the most unathletic person ever and I ran a 5K on Thanksgiving! So if I can do it, anyone can do it.0

You can do it! If I can you can, and granted while I'm BACK, I'm HERE and that's a start. I'm not athletic either but to walk you don't have to be. For now that's what I'm doing until I feel like I can handle more. I would be happy to be your buddy0

First of all congrats on the 63 pounds lost before MFP! That's a huge accomplishment on your own! So knowing that little tidbit of info on you, I would work on your syntax (I'm a Speech Language Pathologist) and say I WILL finally do this!
