Yay! People like me!!! haha. Definitely add me, my routine right now is sort of to just track and see where I am with my current eating habits as far as calories, when I get that under control I am going to try to see what exercise I can fit in my schedule and go from there! crossing my figures that adding one new habit at…

wow...you guys are great! so many options to look into now! I DO have a wii....however have moved 3x in the past 4 months so it is M.I.A. at the moment. With that I used EA Active Personal Trainer, Wii Fit & Zumba. I loved it. I wouldn't say I am necessarily a beginner, but most certainly not advanced by any means! My main…

I can definitely see the changes as well! you have a very similar middle area to me and you have definitely inspired me! I want to see what you are showing on myself!!! Congrats and keep up the great work!

I have one on my foot and one on my inner ankle that are visibe and I am a preschool teacher at a private preschool. although I have worked for a brief time at one that was a state run preschool and they were not allowed to be visable, covered by a bandage etc.

I was glad to see when I read this, I am not the only one who rebelled at 18 and got the dreaded tramp stamp tattoo! haha. although, mine is just a plain, old, simple butterfly,so nothing I am embarassed I got...and I got it with my dad who was also getting his first tattoo at the same time, so there is a cool memory…

I haven't heard anything since I posted, is there someone else who wants to create a similar group for those that didn't make this one? I am not sure how, but would love to be part of one if someone else can set it up!

This sounds great, I'd definitely like to join! And welcome any friends adding me from this group! I am 5'2 and would like to lose 50lbs.
-
you sound JUST like me, same weight and all...except I am 8 years older! best of luck to you! feel free to add me if youd like!
-
I'm 5'2, but am a DD bra size, so I don't think I'll get much below 120-125. Right now I'd be happy with 135-140 and go from there!

I'm the worst....I always want cape cod reduced fat chips--wonderful and salty and crunchy haha....and I will eat half a bag at a time. I just can't stop! but, I get it out of my system and then I'm ok until the next time a few weeks down the road. and it hasnt effected anything thus far

I was 127 and thought i was horribly over weight! 10 years later, I've gained 60lbs and cringe everytime I think of it!!
-
I know how you feel. I always find a reason to eat pizza or bread or chips. Over the weeks I have found it MUCH easier to cut them out bit by bit. But then there is soda....i know I need to cut it out of my diet but I can never find anything that satisfyingly substitutes for it!

same here....50 is my big goal, but from then I hope to lose a little more as well. I think it'll be best for me to set 1 goal at a time to reach 10's and 5's on the scale. So break 190 is first....then go below 185, etc.
