thanks everyone. I think I will go ahead and buy some of the powder to try it out. My friend introduced me to the Abs for women diet cookbook, and he uses a lot of protein powder. good to know it won't make me gain weight!

Hey there! I am new to the site also. Looking to loose this last 15 lbs and it JUST WON"T come off. WW worked but I gained it all back, so I am hoping this site will help me to eat right. I think i eat well, but apparently not, lol!
