Hi everyone!

I am not new to MFP, but I was away for about a month during the summer. There have been a lot of changes/transitions in my life recently and I needed some time to concentrate on those.

Anyway, I am back now and would like to meet some new people on here. I just moved to Virginia and would be thrilled to meet a workout buddy if anyone out there is from the Roanoke area.
