I would like in for July as well. This challenge is the only thing that kept me going this month. I think you should keep it closed and enjoy your baby. It's a ton of work for you to do.

I am almost done with the third book. Going to be sad once I finish. Also very much outside my reading norm, but it has been a pleasant change.

Which surgery did you have? I know with lap band its common for slower weight loss in the beginning. Sometimes your body just needs time to adjust to what you have already lost, as well. And you definitely lose slower the closer you are to a normal weight. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Since yo are so close to your goal weight, a 2 pound loss per week is probably not the most realistic. Good luck!

I went shopping for my birthday last year. Nothing fit. I ended up with 3X tops and maybe 22 pants. This year when I went birthday shopping I bought size 6 and size 8 and medium and large tops!

I was really heavy when I started running, probably around 240 or 250. I even did half marathons at that weight. It's become much easier and I've gotten faster as I have lost weight. I would say get fitted for good shoes at a running store and then start slow with walk/run combos and build up from there. Most importantly…

I've lost a majority of my 100 pounds from running, as well as other cardio. Now I have a ton of toning to do. I'd pay attention to building muscle as you are losing weight as well. Wish I had :)

I made French Toast this morning but I only used one slice of bread (cut it in half) and 1/2 teaspoon of nutella in between and then dipped it in egg substitute before browning it. It was 130 calories of choclatey goodness!
