Lovely NSV. Saw a friend I haven't seen in a while, she noticed my weightloss, and asked how I did it; I replied by eating less and moving more. She then moaned about how she would love to, but can't find time to exercise. Somehow my throwaway comment of stop making excuses really hit a chord, and she has decided to do just that and will be walking to work!0 -
