After doing some serious thinking about what to do with June I have decided that I will still have the challenge and the spreadsheet. However, I will not be opening it to the general public. It will just be open to the people currently in the May challenge or a select few that have messaged me already about joining.
I don't like not being able to give a full effort and I feel like I have let you guys down this past month with my efforts. If you aren't aware I am due to have a baby shortly and am pretty sure my life in June will be pretty crazy due to that.
I will post a thread for the June challenge today or tomorrow. It will say closed group at the top to keep from getting hundreds of new people.
Thanks for doing this. I'd love to be included in June. Even if you don't get around to doing a spreadsheet, it's fine with me. Your challenge gives me an accountablity when I report in weekly, and it's really helped me stay on track. And when the weight loss feels slow going, I can look back to what I've documented on this challenge, and it really helps. Wishing you the best with the arrival of your little one this next month. Today is the final day and I hit my goal. I have worked very hard and am so proud of myself. The next goal weight will take me out of the 70's and put me into the 60's where I have not lived in almost 15yrs! I have lost the 30 lbs that I gained before my injury and am inspired to keep going. (I lost 5lbs on my own before joining MFP)
I am not sure where my journey will take me from here but I do know that I am looking strong and healthy. Thank you to all of my MFP friends without whose help I could never have done this. I love you all!!!!0 -

Whew, what a month! I was so excited to see the numbers on the scale this morning after a rough weekend and a bit of a gain on Monday probably due to water weight and sodium intake.

5/07: 189.6 (not as much as I wanted since last week went up due to the popcorn at the show but still a loss. YAY!
5/14: 186.8 (went up from 2 days ago. Yest was Mother's Day...lots of homemade bread made from scratch.)
5/21: 188.2 (had SIX bags of 11 oz Doritos--HUGE bag--and I ate them ALL!! Less than a week, so I "asked" for it.
