THIS CHALLENGE HAS A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPOTS. I will only allow 150 people to join the challenge. 30 spots are already taken by people that have done the challenge before. That means 120 spots are still open. Please only take one of the spots if you are 100% sure you will stick it out. Thank you. --- SPOTS ARE LIMITED DUE TO AMOUNT OF TIME AND EFFORT PUT INTO THE SPREADSHEET AND GROUP ENCOURAGEMENT. I don't want you guys to get lost in the mix.

What are your goals for May? Where do you want to be a month from now? This challenge has been running for well over a year! We are a group of people that come together to support eachother on the weight loss journey.
This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month! This month we will only have 150 participants total. If you do not check in two weeks in a row I will delete you from the spreadsheet. All of your tracking will be done on this thread UNLESS we hit 500 comments and then it will continue on part 2.

Above are the weekly weigh-in days Weigh-ins will be every Monday. May 1st and May 31st will be the only NON Monday weigh in.
The link to new charts will be up by Tuesday evenings... If I do not have your current weight by Tuesday at 12:00 pm EST, your new weight will not be on the weekly chart. Sorry! The first chart WILL NOT be posted until the SECOND weigh in.
We will have an optional weekly challenge that will be decided by the biggest loser of the week we just finished. It will run Tuesday to Monday of the following week. So if you think you might be the biggest loser (in pounds) for the week start thinking about what you want to challenge the group to (ex:push ups, sit ups, squats ETC).
