I don't pee that often.. Now if i started going through a water drinking phase then yes, i have to pee a lot. Therefore i won't drink much water while i'm at work i learned that one the hard way. I usually don't have to pee through the middle of the night either.

I have a HRM and i think I burned anywhere from 350-500 calories with it. It just depends on your height, weight and how much you put into the workout. You can get you a HRM on Amazon for about $60.

I'm pretty sure that i would be considered 'obese' and i eat fairly clean. You don't have to be skinny or healthy to eat clean anyone can do it. Your just a jerk for even posting that.

^^ agree with you. Your right they do have some sodium packed into them and prepackaged foods aren't always the best for you but it's much healthier than going to McDonalds or Wendys and shoving deep fried french fries down my throat.
