L1D3 done! =) I am SUPER sore. My calves, thighs, glutes, shoulders, sides, abs, arms......ALL sore! I guess that means something is working!

I know what you mean! I thought with it being 20 minutes that it wouldn't be that bad, but there are times in it that I don't know if I will make it through! You just gotta PUSH! I am super sore today and i've only done 2 days!

Welcome!! You are right on time! Most of us started day 1 on Monday so you are right there with us! There are a few people that started early, as well as a few that are starting late! No matter what day we are on we will all need motivation for the next day! Good luck!!!

Well I finished Day 2! I have to say it was easier for me than day 1! I have a lot of trouble getting all of the jump ropes in...does anyone else find that a bit difficult? The other hard part for me is the side to side squats while doing weights. If I can master those 2 things I will be doing good! I am really impressed…

I finished day 1 lastnight and will be doing day 2 tonight. the cardio portion was rough for me! It was a hard workout for sure! My arms are not that sore today like I thought they would be. We need a compiled list of everyone in the group; I can't keep up!!

Ahhhhhhhhhhh....the AWFUL mommy pouch! I have it too and I HATE it!! Do your pants roll down???? Ugh! I wish it would go away. Having a c-section was not helpful AT ALL! I think mine is so bad that only surgery will make it go away! Hopefully the exercise will make it a little less dreadful!
