if you go under add cardio you can track aerobics as general, low impact, or high impact. as far as full videos it depends which one(s) you are doing. some you can find the "average calories burned" by googling. for 30 Day Shred I googled and the average calorie burn for the beginner lever was 200 calories.

im about 5'4, currently at 180lbs. My first goal is 150 (its where i was 3 years ago and it wasnt too bad, size 12 then and medium shirts made me pretty happy). Once I hit that I'll try for 130, but i'm not going to beat myself up if i cant get that low.
