So I just got my vivofit with heart rate monitor. I'm wondering do I still log my cardio on MFP or do i log it on the connect app and it will sync with MFP????

Finally calculated my TDEE and decided on my macros goals.... I bumped up from 1500 to 1800 for a calorie goal (my macros calculations came out to roughly 1721 calories a day since my macros break down to 10% carb, 60% protein, 30% fat). But now MFP says ill only be losing 0.2 lbs per week.... i was a bit nervous about…
