At 66 I'm one of the older ones as well and have two replaced knees. Have 50+ pounds I would very much like to rid myself of.

I'm 65 and have been using MFP for about a year and a half. I find it is so much harder to shed the pounds as I age but have lost 20+ pounds. I keep at it, slow but but sure, the pounds will disappear. :happy:

My scale is in the kitchen and has been for a long time. That's just part of my morning routine and it does weight differently on a solid surface opposed to a carpeted floor.

Hi, 40 pounds lost is fantastic. Walking will be a great help as your continue on your journey. I have been on this weight loss road for some time and find it is a long road the older I get. I joined this site a couple of weeks ago and have been very motivated since joining. Let's help each other as we continue forward.
