found out I have a sinus infection today. so bummed that its the last week of our challenge and I'm sick. I'll have to be careful with what I eat because I have no energy to exercise. I've just been sleeping all day. Sherrirb--love you little motivational thoughts. Thank you!

It's been a stressful day! It seems like I lose control when I get stressed and start eating everything and anything in sight. I know its ridiculous, but I think I really need to learn how to deal with stress at work. After I can exercise, but at work, I'm stuck in the middle of the stress.

Nareena--Hang in there!! It does get so frustrating. If you feel you've done everything you can do to lose weight and are still not having any luck, you might want to go get a physical done at the doctors and see if there is a medical reason. After an exhausting day, forced myself to go swim laps for 50 mins. I feel so much better. This week is going to be good!!

I'm in trouble this week . . . why is it that whenever we socialize or get together with friends there is food involved!? I try to only eat out at a restaurant once a week. Now it has been 3 times this week and its on Thursday! No more the rest of the week.

I've just realized how I need to be conscious of what I'm eating. When I'm stressed, I just start eating what is ever in front of me and don't think about it. It has been a way stressful day. I wasn't too good in the afternoon, but stopped myself and really watched what I ate in the evening. Tomorrow will be a better day.

I got on the scale this morning and started laughing. I weigh exactly the same that I did last week! previous=140.8 current=140.8 percentage=0% I'm going to try and stay positive and think that at least I didn't gain any weight! Guess I need to change things up a bit this coming week.

Here's a healthy option that I'm going to take to the party I'm going to: Slice up a cucumber and lay them out on a serving dish. Put a spoonful of non-fat cottage cheese on each cucumber slice. Then sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. They are yummy and you just want to keep popping them in your mouth. Go Ravens!!

I'm a little nervous about this week's weigh in tomorrow morning. I'll confess I ate one to many sweets this week. However, I did get some form of exercise in each day for at least 30 mins. So we'll see how it goes . . .
