i gained 10lbs in one week eventhough i watch what i eat and exercise daily. really bloated. very emotionally, balling when i was watching tinkerbell lol

This is my workout. I run 4-5 times a week. at least 3 miles a day. I do insanity 3x a week to condition my body to run faster. i do a yoga once a week for flexibility. i am not a fitness expert but this is similar to what i used to do when i ran track and cross country in high school and college.

i was 135 and am down to 125. i do turbo fire and p90x. i lift heavy to keep my metabolism high and stay at my weight. i eat about 1900-2300 cal a day because i burn a lot and i am breast feeding. hiit training has also helped. they use it in turbo fire and i try to use it when i run. stress does play a factor for gaining…

i am loging the weight part as strenght training and so far the plyometrics i logged it as Calisthenics. This is my first week and tomorrow is yoga so i will log that as yoga and i havent gotten to core synergistics or kenpo yet. but im thinking its high impact aerobics.

do both. heavier weight with fewer reps will help tone and rep up your metabolism. lighter weights with more reps will help you have muscular endurance. try doing high intensity interval training will help you lean out and lifting weight will tone you up.

i have banish fat it will keep you pumping. i did the 6 week 6pk you can check my pics i had great results with that but i used shredding it with weights with that. after my pregnancy i will start it again to get my flat stomach.

you can start it all over again and use heavier weights or you can do your own routine. or you can do the workout plan that includes jillian michaels no more trouble zone and banish fat boost metabolism. it is what you want to do but change it up to see better results. hope that helped.

I am 8 weeks pregnant and what my doc told me is that i should eat what i usually eat (my maintenance around 1700-2000 cal since i am active) and a glass of milk. I am eating this and i am gaining the amount of weight that i need to gain. But talk to your doc first.

i use http://www.bodyrock.tv/ she uses a lot of tabata in her workouts. thats the website maybe something that can give you ideas. on the rest time i would think maybe using the weights slowly to recover.
