i've now got two more JM's DVDs to try (should arrive next couple of days). Has anyone else tried (and had any success) with "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" OR "6 week 6 pack"????

Very much looking forward to trying them out but would like to hear from any of you guys with your stories of success for inspiration. Or anyones stories of being unsuccessful with these - did anyone NOT like them? Would be great to hear from you x

    Love the banish fat/boost metabolism..............can't get into the 6 pack..........shred is great and ripped in 30 was awesome too.....

    I have alot of her DVD's, including BFBM, and love it. I'd recommend getting a couple of them and switching them up (I have 4-5 that I rotate through, depending on my mood and what I feel like doing).

    I have done the banish the fat, no more trouble zone, the shred and the ripped in 30. I LOVE them ALL!!!!! Banish doesn't use any weights.

    I've only used the 6w6p once but I already love it! I was looking for something which was less cardio focused and this ticks all my boxes!

    i have banish fat it will keep you pumping. i did the 6 week 6pk you can check my pics i had great results with that but i used shredding it with weights with that. after my pregnancy i will start it again to get my flat stomach.
  • I have both and I love both. I think I like 6 Week 6 Pack more because it seems to flow faster. Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism is an awesome cardio workout, I just hate that its almost an hour. But its a great calorie burn when you do it. Maybe try doing them on alternate days. Blast the fat off your mid section with BFBM while toning it with the 6W6P???
