Tabata Exercises

Looking for some inspriation from my MFPers. I am teaching a Tabata class twice a week. We do generally 4 sets of tabata in the 45 minute period. (For those that don't know Tabata, you do one exercise for 20 seconds at max effort, rest for 10 seconds, repeat for a total of 8 rounds, 4 minutes total).
I am looking for some good exercises for class. I have skill levels all over, so there needs to be some ability to modify as well.
Tuesday we did: Mt. Climbers, air squats, OH press and push ups
What are good Tabata exercises?
Also, what are some good filler exercises to keep moving between sets while people recover?
Oh I should add, I have access to free weights, medicine balls, steps and bar weights!
Thanks!!!
Holly

I have been doing the Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones. The surrenders are a killer and the zumo squats with a press too. Surrenders you hold the weights over your head and put one leg behind you like a lunge and get on your knee then bring the other leg behind you get on your knee then push up with one leg and get up, push up with the other leg back to start position. The zumo squats, you have weights lifted over head with legs in wide stance and squat as low as you can as you press the weights behind you.0
