  • I typically don’t complete my journals because that last little message does nothing for me. I tend to eat back my exercise calories but there are days that I’m not particularly hungry and will eat less. Adjust to your needs. If you need really good info ask your doctor.

  • I carb cycle. I am trying to live a mostly keto lifestyle but once or twice a month I will have my favorite carb foods. I feel like it helps me when I am at a plateau and it helps me to stay on track. I also do intermittent fasting 3-4 days a week.

  • I am actually healthier and more fit than I was in my 30s but in my mind I am still 22 and hot. Lol. After such a long period of being unhealthy I am very happy with where I am today but I can still recognize that there is more room for improvement.

  • I am currently listening to the Bulletproof Diet and loving all of the science and bio hacking. I already do bpc and I Will be implementing some of the things he is teaching.

  • My Apple Watch and MFP communicate well through the Apple Health app. I have had no issues. Maybe look at another app that may work with both like the MapMyFitness.
  • August has been great so far. I’ve not lost weight but I am establishing very good habits. Have stuck with working out everyday, I am even getting up at 445am to get my exercise in before work during the week. I plan on finish the month strong and continue into September.
  • Goals for the rest of 2020. 1. Exercise/Move my body 30mins per day every day. 2. Reach goal weight of 130lbs and maintain 3. Stick to pescatarian lifestyle. 4. Make a financial plan/budget to start getting out of debt. I want to start 2021 in the best way possible, mentally and physically.

  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? NO. Super stressful day at work and I did not want to do anything when I got Home Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES. not the greatest choices but I logged them.
