the first week i did Paleo I lost 10 lbs without Excersice. It worked good for me, lost 3 lbs the first 3 days, so that gave me motivation to keep going, but then I fell off once again. Well I work out x5 a day, do 60 min of cardio and usualy some weight lifting.....

well I am on a 1200 calorie count plus if I work out I usually burn more then 500 calories but still 1200 seems so little, I feel like I will starve if i just ate 1200 calories.... Its a good thing to work out cause then you get to eat more!

I am a meat and potatoe lover but more for diner..... I just want something good and not so high in calories for lunch.... and I dont like to eat the same thing everyday.

I just did the same! I also boil chicken and shred it and put the seasoning in it, but bein mexican I get sick of taco salads lol... I have also tried thoses progresso soups which are usually 180 calories, maybe add a side salad..... I get bored fast and thats what usually stops my motivation! it sucks because I love food…
