i'm thinking fruits and veggies are best for snack. For lunch i've been trying to eat more protien.....such as Joseph's Flax oat bran & whole Wheat Lavash Bread with PB and Banana. Very very very very filling. Calories add up fast but it satisfies you all afternoon till dinner time!!

go for it snowangel...You can focus on both...trying to loose weight and traking it on MFP will keep your mind off of the smoking. Try to change up those habits and go for the good ones. Good Luck!!! you can do it =)

wow...that's pretty awesome! Congratulations!!! I've hesitated getting the program thinking I might loose interest. Right now I try to walk 60 minutes a day and occationally I throw in a run. I'm 32. 5'6" and weigh 184.2......would love to give it a try. What's your ratings?
