Hi, I just joined and wanted to say hello. I seemed to have picked up an extra 20 pounds since last fall in a large part due to stress, and I really need to get it under control. I normally work out a lot and run, but lately I've just dropped the ball, no motivation. Hoping this helps.

    Welcome! I think you're not going to believe how well you can do:) When you're getting down, just read some of the success stories, it'll help you stay motivated and see real people can do it!
