Thanks guys I feel better I read about ot being sagging fat but I didnt really get it till now. It's just this is my second journey from 245 and the first time before I had ny son my skin didnt look this way. I know having a baby changes it but this was a tad of a suprise to me

I do weigh my food n exercise n im breastfeeding a toddler so I add those calories n I was first at 1400 then uped it at 1800 but nothing still

oh ok cool thanks guys ya I eat about 1200-1400 i set it to 1400 so I could eat at least 1200 sometimes its hard to do so but I've been losing just want to do it the right way and when I saw this I was like oh-oh maybe I'm doing it wrong

I drink loads of water like 11 or 12+ cups so and alot of my fuits have alot of fiber and my gaol according to MFP is 14g so like right now I'm at 55 I think
