Maybe you need an accountability partner? My husband is my partner on our WOE, and when one of us wants to give into eating junk, we talk the other out of it. I've been trying to see it like this: I place sugar as an addiction much like heroin. Heroin is no laughing matter, but you can see the effect it has on people and…

Hahaha! Every time I go through your photos, they never fail to make me laugh. You're amazing and inspiring, Jason. So glad we're buddies, and that I get to share in the progress with you. <3

My husband and I decided on a ring that $500.00. It's a princess cut and sits up high so it looks bigger than a .25 carat. Plus, our wedding bands were bought on etsy for $80.00, and they look awesome. :) No need to go into debt for a ring.

I second the paleo diet. My husband always had issues with gluten. We both are doing the ketogenic diet. It is similar to the paleo diet minus all fruits except some berries, and you usually stay below 25 g of carbs or less. His health problems (and mine) are all gone or managed now.

Upper body workouts are awesome at giving you a lift! :) Working on the muscles in your back, shoulders and chest definitely makes a difference in how your breasts look, naked or not. Good luck.

I'm a certified police officer. It'd be great to have fellow public service MFP friends. Add me! =]

You look brilliant! Your stats are very similar to my husband's, but he's a bit shorter. My husband believes that he won't have a neck as he continues to lose weight. Jokes on him. He will! Lol. Definitely sharing this with him. Proud of you, bud!

Agreed. I finally understood what my fitness instructor in school was saying regarding nutrition after I changed the way I eat. He said that when going into a food market, shop on the perimeters. All the food that is good for you is on the outskirts. I rarely adventure down any aisles any more except to look for condiments…

Height: 5'4" Starting: 215 lbs. - size 16 (US) pants that were too big for me (No butt, skinny legs, have a stomach that makes it so hard finding good fitting pants) Currently: 188 lbs - size 14 (US) pants. Still have a muffin top, but they are starting to get too loose in the butt and legs. All my weight is in my stomach…

As said before from a previous poster, low carb may not work for every one, but I do know that it has worked tremendously for myself, and for my husband. My husband weighed in at 320 pounds with sleep apnea, knee problems, acid reflux and general "plumbing" issues. Myself, I weighed in at my highest, 216 pounds and have…

I have PCOS as well. The only medication I ever took to curtail the no period deal was BC. My doctor told me that when I was ready for children, we'd go from there. I started keto in September, and am currently at 25 pounds lost. I was at a plateau something fierce for about a month, but I've begun watching my macros more…

To cookies. God, I miss the taste of cookies some times, but I don't miss the weight or the misery!
