Just to update: One week ago scale was 162 and today it was 154! That is 3 lbs lighter than my lowest weigh in so far and 8 lbs in a week. I started in August of 2011 at 219 (down from 226) and am currently around 155 (weigh in tomorrow) so down around 65 lbs with 15 or so more to go. Believe me, if I can do it then you can do it!

I am starting South Beach today to restart my weight loss and get rid of this last stubborn 20 lbs. I also plan on 30 minutes of daily exercise. I will check back to see how everyone is doing and update my progress.

When I get to a healthy weight I am making the 2 hour drive to my sisters to change my Mii on her Wii fit... It will bug me knowing that it is still all obese when it shouldn't be anymore.
