January wasn't the landmark weight loss month I had hoped it would be. I pretty much stalled for almost three weeks after losing almost five pounds in the beginning. I'd really like for February to be all I hope January would be! Who wants to do it with me? I've already devised a google spreadsheet for members to weigh in on every Wednesday in February:

Are there any specific fitness exercises, routines or tasks for this challenge (each week or repeated each week)? Or is this more so meant to be a way to hold yourself accountable for your workouts each week and trying to beat your previous week's weight loss? Either way I'm in, but I was just curious.

There aren't any specific guidelines for this challenge. I'd like for everyone to set their own goals for this month, discuss them, and be held accountable by the weekly weigh-in.0 -
