when you first start losing weight it can come off quickly because of excess water weight. It should slow down to normal after a week or two.

don't worry about it. Protein is good. MFP's recommended protein is set low to begin with. you're better of going into your settings and changing it.

Ha! Saying Jillian Michael's isn't in very good shape is absolutely ridiculous. Just because she doesn't have defined abs doesn't mean she isn't in shape, not everyone wants to maintain a low bf% so they can show their abs. You're out of your mind if you don't think her body is defined.

you still log strength training under cardio and get calories for it. the strength training part is simply for tracking reps.

I bought a couple new pairs of jeans once i went down 2 sizes, but they are now becoming baggy on me and i'm getting comments about them haha but i refuse to go buy more new pants so i'm going to try hitting up some 2nd hand stores and see if I can find something.

I have a 24oz tumbler i keep full at all times, i find it's easier to drink lots of water with a straw instead of gulping it out of a glass or bottle.
