Think people often "fake" their body transformations???

There are SO many results threads and all of those "miracle" shakes and pills that people are pushing hard these days. I found this link on yahoo news to a youtube video of a buy revealing how some people have quick "transformations". What's your take? DO you think people often "fake" their success to push products?

It's hard to imagine someone taking it so far just to push something they are selling. To me, it's obvious it's not real if the person selling the product isn't "a product of the product" - if I can't see their success, I can't believe in their program!
