  • I'm 39 and still wear mine. I've had it done since I was 27 (late developer!!) I took it out and it closed up when I was pregnant with my son so had to get it re pierced but have had another babe since then and it has never closed up again. I still love it and don't think I'll take it out ever!!
  • It varies. I do High intensity training, walk the dog for miles, ride horses, swim and do yoga everyday, High and low intensity. Some days I just seem to do quite a bit then I have that huge deficit.
