You've got the right idea, I zigzag back and forth as well......like yourself, I have only 10lbs to go now but unlike yourself I personally hardly ever exercise. I say, up your water consumption and eat between 1200-1500 cals daily. Good luck!

I thoroughly enjoy chewing Spearmint sugar free Gum on a daily basis. I probably chew 1-2 sticks per day, so no biggie. I know what I'd be doing if I didn't chew it!! Yeah, you guessed it, I'd be splurging on hi-fat calorie laden goodies!! :)

If your body is anything like mine, it'll need a month or two to get used to the food restrictions and low calorie (or whatever your diet of choice may be) plan. For me, real fat burning seems to kick in to full gear in 6-8 weeks. Best of Luck!

Thanks for the advice everyone! I managed to survive on lower cal granola bars and Special K! I figured I wouldn't weigh myself just yet, I'll do that on Sunday. :) :)
