Try making a salad using tuna no mayonaise tuna has so much protein in it just read the label.

It actually has high fructose corn syrup in it which when i was watching the biggest loser they gave a trainer tip saying anything with that in it should be thrown out. Its even in some cereals and in most all sodas.

my name is kandice and im 5"1 and weigh 160 im really hoping to get down to 120 but im not sure really what i can and cant eat. I've been doing some exercises for about 2 days now but all i have eaten is half a cucumer and some lettuce with tuna and i'm so hungry. Dos anybody have any tips on what ok to eat? Hope you all…
