my name is kandice and im 5"1 and weigh 160 im really hoping to get down to 120 but im not sure really what i can and cant eat. I've been doing some exercises for about 2 days now but all i have eaten is half a cucumer and some lettuce with tuna and i'm so hungry. Dos anybody have any tips on what ok to eat?

    Well of course you're hungry. A mouse couldn't live on that! You need to eat and move to lose. It's all about portion control. First of all, I would start by reading the top posts in the general discussion. There's a ton of information on those. This is not a "diet" website, but a lifestyle change. If you stick with it...you'll keep it off forever.
