I have one. fitbit flex . I wear it on my wrist. it tells me how active I have been all day and how many steps I have taken. it helped me a lot when I started to figure out my activity level. (I eat TDEE - 500.) so I put down light activity... that's about where I ended up after wearing it for about two weeks... its pretty…
