Weight loss slowed down a lot

I'm 5'5", 35, 178lbs now. I lost 2lbs in 3 weeks. Usually I hit a plateau for 2 weeks then lose a lot again, but this time the scale is just not moving down much at all (I lost 1lb this last week, that's it. If I don't lose much this week again, I'll have lost 2lbs in one month).
I'm getting bummed. I exercise every day (random workout video, walking 2.3 miles, or bodypump 3 times a week, average 250 calories I'd guess). My MFP goal is 1390 plus exercise calories, I switched to TDEE-20% last week, my HRM has been annoying me and I didn't want to rely on it anymore, but haven't really reached that high goal since (except the first day but I did two workouts so I was probably within MFP goal and exercise calories too). I put myself in between lightly active and moderately active, but closer to lightly active, because I don't move that much during the rest of the day.. Lightly active goal is 1750, which is close to what I was eating some days before anyway, moderate is 1950, I've been eating about 1750 with a goal of 1800...
Should I eat more, less, what? I still have at least 38lbs to lose, so I'm nowhere near goal weight.

Bump? I'm second guessing myself, it seems I was losing better before I switched... but it's impossible to say as I was in a plateau for 2 weeks anyway... 1750 is what I've mostly been eating (it's been 5 days) and that's the calories at light active TDEE-20%.0

I think you made the right choice to eat based on the TDEE method. As a general rule, when we move from under eating (which you likely were) to healthy fueling it can take up to 4 weeks to really see the progress you want. Be patient - you will get there and it will happen.0 -
yes you really have to be patient. I agree with everyone. when I switched I gained three pounds then lost it but the weeks after the scale barely moved. at five weeks I started getting worried that it wasn't working. But my friends encouraged me to give it a bit more time. Glad I did.. After six week. I started losing and have every single week since.... Honestly give it time. your body is just adjusting. you cant possibly eat be low your TDEE and Not lose. its just takes a bit for your body to catch on to it!!!0
