I spray mine with a 0 calorie butter flavored spray to get the seasoning to stick. Not 100% but has worked better so far w/out having to use up daily calories on butter.

Having done a 12 week weight loss challenge with Herbalife, for me, I would state that It's the program, not the product. Being accountable to that scale on a weekly basis is a major factor.
