Hi, I actually have & I think it works!! Im horrible though because I would have a cheesesteak & not want to sprinkle the Sensa on it because I wanted to eat the whole thing!!!!! Now thats defeating the purpose. This is probably why I have half of my month1 left over, all of my month 2,3 & 4 not used!!!!

Thanks for all your great advice everyone!! I eat between 1200-1600 calories a day. However, 80% is ok but its not all healthy food...I don't know if thats whats doing it?? My clothes do fit better then a month ago. So i guess that is a little bit of a change. I'll just stick to it. Its better then not doing…

I lost about 1 & half pounds when I weighed in on Monday.....My main goal is 40 lbs overall but Im hoping to lose 30 by December....So really I have 22 more pounds to go.......I hope I can do!!!!!
