    What I like most of people pictures is when they are smiling every-time, it means they are happy (you can easily tell when the smile is genuine or not).

    Congratulations! You look 10-15 years younger! I am most impressed by how toned you are. It is inspiring to see a real person change her body shape. I am definitely an apple shape after having a baby. Please share more about your journey. You mentioned counting carbs in the beginning, but what was next? What setting was your MFP on? Mine is set for one pound a week. Also, when you were doing PUMP was that your only exercise? I am slowly getting back into running and desperately need some toning in addition to training for my 5k.

    Wow!!! What a great success story. Our starting weights were close and our goal weight the same. Since I am just 5'4", I certainly didn't handle the weight well. You have motivated me and the pics make me see what a transformation can take place. So far I have lost 9 pounds, but your story has made me "see" what success will look like. Congratulations!
