was going thru some old pics and found pics to show my evolution in the last 7 years of life...thought it was interesting so here you go....may help inspire anyone who used to be in shape and is now trying to get back. i was always inspired by a quote i saw once "It is never too late to be what you might have been." -- George Eliot

    You look amazing! Keep up the good work! I too was fit and small, had my son went through severe depression, gained a ton of weight. I hated myself for going on 5 years. I'm done! Getting back into shape, i'm only half way there, but already i feel amazing! You are an inspiration!

    Wow - you look great. Congrats on your success. I needed this inspiration because I have gone from fit to fat to fit and then fat again. Anyway, I'm back on the path to fit -- for good.Thank God for muscle memory!

    U look outrageous. TY so much for sharing, it's truly inspirational. Kinda rekindles the "hope" in me. As I went from an aspiring fitness model/body builder to umpa lumpa :ohwell: ....Now I'm huffin & puffin it back to my dream.

    Terrific job! I went through that as well. Being fit most of my life and then got lazy for a few years. Now back to being fit and actually more fit than ever. All the best to you!
