Hi, Good luck with your commitments I am sure you can do it. I should just decide to be happy now though! You can add me as a friend. I have about 13 kilos to loose, I do quite a bit of exercise and have an active life style but am afraid its the lovely French wine that lets me down!

Me too! I am concentrating more on the psychological, and the reasons why I eat in the first place because it's not just hunger! These guys have some good ideas http://cutthefatpodcast.com/ I also find this magazine usefulhttp://www.psychologies.co.uk/self/your-tips-for-new-year-success.html

Try drinking a glass of water & waiting 10mins before you eat anything. I have managed to give up the snacks by making myself a really tasty meal in the evening so I am on 3 meals a day. It took some getting used to at first but I think it's better for me. What about switching the beer to gin & tonic?

Hi Susan, Try having a low cal cup of soup as soon as you get home it will take the edge off your hunger and is quick and easy to make. Judy

Try weaning yourself off the large one and have a small one instead - that would reduce the calories. You could apply a rule ie only on Fridays! Judy
