  • for me is Spinning! I burn 600-800 during a 60 minute class with 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. Not to mention the calories i continue to burn AFTER class :-)

  • Nut Load is the vegiterian version of meat loaf. I had it at a holiday party last week and after I was basically strong armed, I tasted it and it was AMAZING.

  • I find the HMR shakes to be very filling myself and i love the chocolate and vanilla flavors! If I get burned out on the vanilla I throw about 3 frozen strawberries or a handful of blueberries in it. Another thing I did is bought sugar free pudding and put a little in the shake with a few ice cubes :-)
