    Ah yes...very good bands.

Another of my faves is "Click, Click, Boom" by Saliva and most AC/DC...."Back In Black" and "Thunderstruck"

    Good lifting songs.

I am glad that I am not the only one that plays songs like that.

    I also like:

    Mudshovel - Staind
The Beautiful People - Marilyn Manson
All My Life - Foo Fighters
    Bad Religion - Godsmack
Come Out and Play - Offspring
Getting Away with Murder - Papa Roach

As for lighter more fun stuff.....

    Low - Flo Rida
In The Ayer - Flo Rida
    Elevator by Flo Rida
    Wait a Minute - PCD
Hot n Cold - Katy Perry
    Beep - PCD
Din Daa Daa - George Krantz
    Fergalicious - Fergie
    Hot Stuff - PCD

For me....Music is my way of staying focused while lifting, and keeping me motivated while doing cardio. I usually find music in the 125-136 BPM keeps my pace perfect for 80-85% MHR.
