You should not let other people make your life decisions for you. This is a marriage between him and you. All that matters is the love between the two of you. Just keep in mind he will be gone for a while and the military is known for things changing and telling you at the last minute. My husband and I recently got married…

Yes some people do. I believe if you do a lot housework then you should count it. I do not count it as exercise because I work out a lot.

I have been doing 30DS then the other day I got ripped in 30. For the past two days I have been doing 30DS and Ripped in 30. I need to change to level 2 in 30DS tomorrow but doing both workouts have been fantastic. But I love a great burn and use to be in great shape in high school (I am in my fifth year in college and…

I would say the 30 day shred by Jillian Micheals. Yes, you would need hand weights but you can still do the workouts without them. You can find the workout on youtube. Just try level one with the modified person (Anita) and if you don't like it that is okay. Just a suggestion though.

My favorite snack to take to class would be any Special K bars. I love the fruit crisps! The fruit crisps come in blueberry, strawberry, chocolate and cinnamon (they are only 100 calories!).

I would do 10 days of each level. Level 1 for 10 days Level 2 for 10 days Level 3 for 10 days If you want complete 30DS and want another Jillian Micheals workout, I would suggest looking in to Jillian Micheals ripped in 30. Jillian uses some moves from 30DS in the ripped in 30,

I believe the guy should have all the input on the ring. He can spend however much he wants. The idea that a guy wants to spend the rest of his life with you is way more important to me then how much the ring costs. I am recently got married and to me my ring is too flashy for me but I am not going to tell my husband that!

You can stick with it!!! Feel free to add me! :)

Lets see. I spend about $250 for my gym membership per year (college rec center). Its a very nice, needless to say. My shoes, my boyfriend bought me. I bought my hand weights, $35. Other than that I borrow my workout dvds from friends. I recently just started Insanity and I have done one month of P90X.

I would look at possible restaurants you will be going to and seeing if they have a nutrition guide online. This would allow you to keep in mind what to eat and what to stay away from. :)

I am the opposite. I love the treadmill and would work out on it for 30 minutes running at 5.5 to 6.0. Well I got sick of the treadmill and decided to use the elliptical for a change. The first week I could not stay on the elliptical for too long because I was working out muscles that I guess the treadmill does not work…

I have been doing the same thing!!! I have been at 156 lbs for the past month and I am 5'6'. I have some of a gut showing but I am changing my workout routine by adding yoga. I am glad to hear that somebody is out there, with close to the same plateau, that feels that it is a success. I believe my plateau is showing me how…
