Bones

Although I still hate to see myself in a mirror and have a long way to go, I am making progress. My hubby wanted to snuggle this morning and had his head on my shoulder. After a few minutes he picked up his head and said "this isn't comfortable. Your shoulder is hard. You have bones!" Yes, cheekbones, shoulder bones, collar bones, breast bones: all the bones above my bust line. Plus, my knee caps and ankle bones. The parts in the middle--still fat. But better. I will need new underwear soon--elastic is almost too loose to keep them on. My boobs don't fill out my bra--kleenex? (why is the one place you don't need to lose the first place to go?) My shirts look like tents. I have to close the v-neck on my robe with a paper clip to keep it from slipping down over my shoulders. Even my shoes are too big. My feet and ankles were so edematous before I had to buy wide shoes. My rings slip off in the sink when I wash my hands. I have gone from a fat neck with a double chin to a turkey neck (not one of the better results of losing weight) My pants are baggy. I need new clothes. However, I really don't want to spend the money on a size I hopefully will wear only a short time. 4 more pounds and I will be half-way to goal. I'm still fat but my bones are starting to show.
