I too am looking for support. I've been at this for a while and it helps when you have a group of people all in it for the same goal.

Just being honest. That's how I roll.

It sounds like the choices that you made were not very wise ones. Making choices when we go out to eat is our own responsibility. Its something that you will need to incorporate into your life. No one makes us eat unhealthy things, we make that choice for ourselves.

I don't understand it either... If you can't teach yourself to eat healthy and maintain healthy habits, I would think that the weight will come back eventually. Congrats... I can't wait for the day when I can wear tall boots. I wanted to buy a pair of UGG's last winter only to find they would not fit around the bottoms of my calves. How embarrassing. Its the little things that keep us on our journey's.
