    I am 51 years old, and for the first time in my life I am on a journey, not a diet. For the last time, I started a new journey 11 months ago today. I am now down from 238 to 158, with 8 more lbs. to go. I look at this pic and I am speechless. I will NEVER EVER see this old Cindy again!
