    Really well done! I'm so happy for you, and you look happy for yourself - the most important thing. You probably added 10 years to your life. You certainly took OFF ten years from your appearance.

    Congratulations! You are an inspiration. I started at 248 and am down almost 40 pounds. It's hard sometimes to feel like I'm stuck in this spot, but seeing you do it makes me want to keep going. Would you mind if I add you as a friend?
