TDEE-20% or 10% or 5% based on your goal weight and concentrate on macros....protein 1gm/lb of LBM...is the most important..if you follow IIFYM you don't have to worry about second servings etc ....:)

This sounds like diastasis recti....I had it post my 2 kids....the gap will gradually close but will take sometime...doing crunches will worsen it...so avoid it. There are some specific exercises to rectify Diastasis recti...you can google the same....

When I do not feel bad/guilty about eating any food because I know I can log it here to keep an account and continue with life....:)

The only difference before and after is excercise and portion control..... Choice of food has remained the same...will never give up my favourite food lol :)

Your body is craving for nutritious food. ...you aren't getting enough proteins....with this diet you will lose the lean body mass and will probably start binge eating...up your calories to 1500, eat high protein moderate carb and good fat enriched food, workout strength train, drink loads of water and get atleast 8 hours…

Hello jyothi...as others have suggested...don't just look at workouts that burn enormous calories on hrm! Strength training is very important...I have previously done JM 30DS and ripped in 30...post that I started with lifting heavy....the inches that I lost with lifting was great....JMs workouts are mostly cardio....

I am just like you....I love my wine....I haven't given up....you don't have to....but I limit it to at the most 4 days in a month and whether it fits into my calorie budget or not I still have it because it makes me happy.....:flowerforyou:

Me me ......I have been lifting heavy for about a month now......I feel great and have been losing inches.....well I have couple of pounds to lose so I eat at a deficit around 1600 to 1800 cals a day....I have a problem getting adequate protein.....need help in that area....

Fill a duffel bag with sand and do sandbag workouts. ..:) I am a mom of 2 and this is what I do....its a great workout...
