I'm interested, but I don't have that much to lose comparatively ! (around 8kg) so I'd definitely lose on the weigh ins unless it was ratio to current weight or something instead of straight kg? damn. But i really need motivation so maybe that doesn't matter ? Just talking to myself now really...

Added :) good luck Michelle! I'm hopeless at intensive workouts... i tend to just crosstrainer for up to 2 hours at a medium intensity, rather than work hard for a shorter time!
